Only 2 particular Emphasis Effect has been used in this presentation: Grow / Shrink and Fill Color. The shape is first shrinking to 25% with Auto Reverse Enabled and Repeat This Until End of Slide. So, this creates a loop of the growing/shrinking effect. Then we applied Fill Color on the same shape. Then after creating duplicates we just change the delay between the animation of each shape.
