Those who know me or follow me on social media are aware that :I am violently opposed to the H1B program here in the USA. I have more than 30 years of experience managing offshore and collocated H1B workers (in tech) and I do NOT want more ESL people brought into the USa when there are more qualified (many more!) AMERICANS out of work. The use of subcontinental so-called 'tech' people has changed the entire paradigm of software development. TODAY we have ESL ppl writing project documentation and THEN we hire AMERICAN business analysts to REWRITE those documents so that they can be UNDERSTOOD. So you see I am what you might call 'jingoistic' but it is based on experientially qacquired understanding. Having said all that, here's my key point: I would hire The Teacher in less than 'a new york second' as a trainer and technical writer. I would not have to hire an American BA to re-write his documents, I'm certain of that. I am going to put his training links on all my social media sites and also via email to my clients. and my teams Great job explaining how to hide (or show) text. Certainly better than Microsoft's online tutorials. 5/5 Stars

Hi The Teacher, the show/hide symbol is very useful in editing my manuscript and continue using its purpose. I am at present reviewing and reformatting my manuscript which is mathematical in nature so I utilized a lot of -text box- . I wanted to know why is it that there are many unused -backwards P- or -show/hide icon- revealed in most of my text box when I resize it to be large? I am at present deleting excess of it Thanks.
