Found an easier way of doing this. Have any small video file saved to your PC. Go to where you can select (browse) for a picture. Go to the folder where your video clip is. It wont show in the browser, but if you start typing the name in the 'File name' box at the bottom, the file magically will auto-fill in the 'File name' box. Click the 'Choose picture' button and you're done. Exception is if the file size is too big.

please help me with this matter..on those security options i cant select some of them..those button are dull,and i cannot click them...simply i cant edit them..the full control button, i cant click it.why is that

Thought it would work, but it just displaying default 'no avatar' avatar. In settings it's even don't want to display a thing. Videos are 5 sec short, .mp4. With proper 192x192, 240x240 and 448x448 resolutions.

hey buddy can you please help me I just got Windows 10 and when I click on settings and right on the top were it says YOUR EMAIL AND ACCOUNTSS I click on it and it just loads and loaads. any idea man.

This video is a waste of time if your PC does not have a camera. Also you did not tell us what file extension the videos must have. We also can't see it in the video.

There is a ridiculously eaier version of this, rename your video to a png, making sure it is small enough, and just import it with windows. Done.
