Hy can i ask ? i buy second hdd for make to hdd external its normal condition already test copy data and play it, but after format data error data cyclic disk redurancy. I try using this software for repair my hdd,this software can scan inside my hdd i look boot os inside folder,im recovery it but only 0% even waiting 1 hour the size inside folder 2gb and my hdd just 500gb. So what i must to do ?

I have my WD hard disk (1TB) and it-s been 20min analysing...and I shows 20hr left to analyse... but it still stuck on 0% progress
