How to properly present PowerPoint slides in Zoom - Kevin Stratvert learn how to best present Microsoft PowerPoint slides in Zoom Video Conferencing Mark: QUESTION - AUTOMATION: As aIways, excellent job! I use a ton of automation in my slides, including transitions (such as morph). [A] Which method of sharing do you recommend for Zoom? [1] Do you recommend the advanced -files- sharing or rather that I [2] share my monitor or rather [3] share a window? And if a a window, do you recommend [3.1] full screen or window that is [3.2] not full screen (for possible lag) purposes? [B] I also have some large images. Which is the minimum pixel size or dpi that you would recommend? (PPT compression to 330 for example?)

Can I suggest you listen back to one of your videos to hear how your speech comes across. You have a habit of ending a phrase with your voice going up and it becomes annoying as you're listening. You speak about sharing screens and ensuring the viewer can't see you multitasking. I think it's just as important in a video clip such as yours that the viewer doesn't catch on you're bored with what you're saying. Not being negative, but trying to help.

Hello Kevin, Thank you so much for these videos, the way you explain and your dedication!
I've been looking for a way to show during a ppt presentation the the attendee screen as they ask questions or want to interact. Usually I see the their face is dragged and placed in front of the screen. Maybe I missed this lesson. Thank you

Hi Kevin, I need your help. How do I make a power point presentation over a zoom network and simultaneously to a physical audience through a projector. I have a YouTube link within my presentation slides, how do I ensure the same set of audience can watch the video clip and hear the sound. Thank you

Question. At 8:15 what's different from sharing a window? I guess it's that zoom is taking it from the shared document to the viewers' screen without using the presenter's bandwidth. Is this the best way to show a high quality video when the presenter has low bandwidth?

- please help. When I put it in presenter view (by pressing option +enter) it shows the presenter view for both me and the attendees. I am ising a apple MacBook pro laptop. How can I set it where the attendees don-t see it in presenter mode while I-m using it?

Thank you for the video Kevin, Is there any option to present displaying the slides in a teleprompter in zoom, it mighty be a good option to level up my video quality, especially talking heads.

Kevin is such a millennial! Multitasking is such a misnomer. It simply means -divided attention-. If you are presenting and multitasking you ought not be presenting. Otherwise, helpful information.
