-kevin_stratvert I would love a video on how to organize a work groups weekly status meeting. A group of 11 IT members, with everyone working in subsets of 7, or 4 or 2 or 1...Everyone has several different requests (RSS). The purpose of the meeting is for the lead to get a status from each person on their various RSS. We will have full access to Teams, Planner, Tasks soon. We do use MS Project, but only for large projects and for those just a high level status is needed. The meeting is very long because the lead likes verbal status from each, which she types into Excel. It would save a lot of time if people filled in their status prior to the meeting, and then can discuss any questions. Once done she passes the status up the management totem pole. They do not have a preferred method (I suspect they all spend time reformatting back and forth between Excel, Word, PowerPoint...(yes, they are very good at being busy doing nothing). I envision the data being entered and then managers being able to PULL what they need.

How to take viva voce examination separately in MS Teams? As every candidate would be examined separately and recorded as well, but problem 1 is viva voce examination separately as like Zoom MS Teams does not have waiting room. Problem 2 is that the stream recording appears almost immediately after completion of recording, how to time that???? Need quick response plz

Dear you to the point -small - videos are great and interesting ,keeps audience stick which is a challange for other vloggers.
Request : Please create a video on sending invitations to large groups.Inam a trainer in company and I have to copy paste each id one by one.Please help me to send invitation in one go.

That's great thanks. Another cool use for tags is when you have large groups with subsets based on roles, for example, you might have roles such as Representative, Alternate, Observer, Reader and you might just want to -mention to all of Representatives. (or perhaps to just the secretary or project manager and chairman of a group).

Hi Kevin. This a great video on how to use tags in Microsoft Teams. This is much talked about subject during working from home situation now days. I tend to sometimes struggle with MS Teams as it doesn't seem to work using the app. But after watching your videos, I've learnt a great deal. Thank you

Hi Kevin. Thanks a lot for this informative video. I had a question....if I have two groups of people who have been tagged as say A and D team. During a teams meeting, is it possible to direct a poll towards only one group of people who have been tagged?

Hi Kevin, thanks for the content! How would a person that is part of the Tagged group use the tag? Is it possible for someone who is in that group (e.g. Emily or Adele) to send a chat message and use that tag so their message goes to that whole group?

So, because it's a PITA to -mention someone when you are writing texts, we have tags. And, because we do like doing things the one-at-a-time way, we can cascade tag removal. Sounds like a Microsoft product.

Can you create tags such as Group A and Group B and then select those groups to create and give an assignment to? I can't see anywhere other than selecting individual students. Is there a workaround?
