VERY MISLEADING. This tutorial started out by telling how to recover messages from a phone. I connected my Iphone to my computer, logged into the phone and acknowledged that my computer is a -trusted device-. I then downloaded the software and installed it. I went to -data recovery-, and expected to see the memory of my Iphone 12 listed. Not so. I tried everything possible for this software to recognize my iphone and let me peruse the memory. All to no avail!!! This video is very misleading. The data recovery program promoted does not recover messages from an Iphone!!! VERY MISLEADING

Hi, does this software good for recovering a hard drive like these?:
1. Using chkdsk and it shows
-The first NTSF boot sector is unreadable or corrupt-
Reading second boot sector instead-
Unable to determine volume version or state CHKDSK aborted-
Or...
2. Using chkdsk and it shows a long list starting like this:
-Stage 1: Examining basic file system structure ...-
Incorrect information was detected in file record segment 8.-
Incorrect information was detected in file record segment 8.

I recovered nothing. Seriously, avoid needing this service by always backing your stuff back in an external drive. Don't get into a mess in the first place. I backed up my stuff already don't wait to back your stuff until tomorrow when you can save your stuff today.

I'm trying to find some specific types of sound files. the scan is showing over 30k recovered sound files, which is confusing to me since i don't use this computer that much. can i just search specifically for MP3s or MSV files instead of -all audio-?

Hello, I don't understand how does this work. I mean when you search for lost files, does it search all -lost- files (all files that were on the disk before formatting), or it search meta data and recover meta files that's signed as deleted on the HDD

I tried using this to recover a deleted file from my USB drive and it deleted all my files on the drive. my drive saying it need to be formatted. I need back the files I had prior to downloading disk drill how do I do that?

I'm trying to use Windows to recover files for my iPhone but my phone doesn't show up as one of the options on disk space, I can find it on my pc but not the disk drill app. Help would be appreciated.
