I have Microsoft To Do on both my iPhone and my MacBook Pro. The email address associated with my To Do account is my hotmail account. However, I am in the process of closing that account down due to excess spam. Is there any way to change my email address that I originally registered in that app to one of my gmail accounts or do you HAVE to have a Microsoft account to use that app? Is one option to delete my account and create a new one with one of my gmail accounts??

Hi Kevin. I really need to have My Tasks sync with my PC Outlook. I happen to have 3 different accounts and I couldn't find the way to assign the proper work account to be sync with Outlook. The 3 accounts need to be active both in Outlook and My To Dos app. What do I need to do to synch the account I'm interested in to appear on Outlook? So far it's my personal account the one that's appearing on Tasks on Outlook. I need to change that. Would you help me?

How do I decline or add a nasty comment on a task that's been assigned to be. If I start using this at work, I'm going to be the scapegoat for every menial grunt job at the office. I like this app and it seems to me like a really good way to manage the trillion tasks I have, but please for the love of God, let me decline a task that's been assigned to me.

I got up today and decided that the most important thing I need to complete on my todo list was to find a tool to manage that list. This looks great for what I need.
I keep too many things in my head, have things jotted down in multiple places. It becomes too much to the point that I become unproductive. It's time for change.

How can we see past tasks for every days of the year ? I've been using this app for more than a year and I have hundreds of tasks lists, I'll like to view them in the planned option in a calendar like fashion, or be able to create sub folders in task folders, instead of having my side menu filled with dozens of tasks lists.

Another great video Kevin - your videos are really good. Question: Besides flagging an email, is there another way to quickly put an email into TO DO? Also, I have tasks in outlook that are recurring for me which I look at every day. Do you use both outlook and TO DO for tasks or do you stick with one? Thanks.

This app looks awesome i check meny like that and i need Microsoft to do on android phone not in browser i wont create my task list and heve alarm do call me dey by dey is time to write my book or more like this this looks so clean and nice i rly wont use this organiser app...

I would like to know if I could share a group with my colleague. We are teacher and we make a list for every student we have. It is why it would be so much easy to share a whole group of lists. Thanks for the tutorial by the way.

Hi Kevin! TOOODAAY could you pls find (or CREATE :) ) a way to migrate all the tasks and reminders from Google to Microsoft TO DO?? Lot's of contents in the web about comparison or how to use, but NONE about migration existing tasks.
