I have a peculiar problem - my system came with a Win 8.1 Home Basic - Single Language (UNFORTUNATELY IT IS CHINESE). So whenever I tried to install Win 10 everything appeared in Chinese on startup. So I spoke with Microsoft and they advised me to buy the Win 8.1 Pro Upgrade - and install English as the Display Language. Bu the problem does not go away. Microsoft told me that it was possibly HARD WIRED ON THE MOTHERBOARD. So I spoke with Intel who told me that there is no hard wiring BUT I NEED TO RESET MY SYSTEM AND INSTALL FROM THE BEGINNING WITH ENGLISH. I need to discuss this with an expert and get help - so can I pls call you if you will give a contact number. My number is +91 98190 29321 in Mumbai India. Alternately can I have a step by step of the screens that will come up when I upgrade so that I can install properly Thanks KS Gill

I needed help! Today, after I upgraded my notebook windows 8.1 to 10. I found problems about systems or something else that I don't know. It shows me in the screen said that, your computer will restart because found some problems: internal_power_error. Finally, it restart itself again and again. So, what should I do? Please help! I ve got a few questions for you or anyone else with some time to answer :) can I install the x32 version on a x64 ? which graphic drivers have you installed? and the ISO file always reset everything on the usb driver? thank you again mate

hey i went to the windows website site and its looks different rite now its downloading windows ten setup so im wondering if it will just change my pc up automatically or will i have to do it the hard way because i dont want just the them i want the whole pc to change to windows 10

Please explain in detail to me how you updated the graphic driver ? I'm trying to upgrade my Win7 computer to Win10. I was told by HP that my computer good to go, but I will have to upgrade the graphic driver for the NVIDIA GEFORCE Please help if you can. Thanks....

hello sir , i got a question .. my current windows is windows 8.1. do i have to backup all data in it such as game, software or other things installed before upgrading to windows 10 ? or do i lose data after the upgrade if i dont backup any ? thanks in advance

when i press the show download process ,,, another window opens up and shows that you have to restart the device for updates. i restart the device several times but no updates is downloaded and the same problem occurs !!! what is the solution ?

It toke me forever to do research and to install 8.1, but I relized I had a unwanted program blocking me from doing so, so I had to delete that. I hope no more problems get in my way when I try to upgrade to Windows 10!

I have upgraded my windows 7 to Windows 10 without a Pendrive and without a DVD, it actually just mounted the ISO and clicked run and it ran and when teh PC restarted I had windows 10. Just for your Information!
