Maybe you should try using different herbs to see if your dishes are still as tasty because I think the same herbs are always monotonous. It's as if there are no other herbs. Maybe Viktor should take some extra training in a fish restaurant, he can cook well but maybe doesn't know enough about herbs.
I am sure that there are herbs that make the fish even better. It's just a suggestion. I would also like to have more dishes with different herbs. And there is certainly nothing wrong with pepper, salt and garlic herbs.
But I hope you will listen to it.
Greetings from Belgium and me Georges.

In South Africa (I am in Durban) Barracuda or couta is onsidered as a very desired fish. No smell that you Americans complain about! Try this cooking method. Cut into steaks (cross cut) about 1 and 1/2 inches. Flour spices curry powder. Coat fish in above. Dip in beated egg wash. Recoat with flour mix. Fry in oil of your choice. Enjoy.

I've never had Barracuda, but all I can say is it just reminds me of Northern Pike since I'm from upstate. And I DAMN sure love Pike. We usually take off the filets and grind the meat and just make our own fish patties if you will. Would love to see your take on something similar with the cuda!

Ciguterra is a long recovery time and is pretty terrible. I think people just look at risk vs reward. Probably not going to catch it. 40lb amberjack gave coworkers family Ciguterra. Took 6 months to get right. Not a trash fish, but certainly a risk.

In order to get the barracuda to stop stealing your bait, you need to gather the crew and do the cuda dance in a circle for 2 minutes. NO LESS/NO MORE.
They will feel the vibrations and swim away.
Record this so we can critique for accuracy

People always say I'm not eating grunts while it's one of the best eating fish out there. Mullet is the same way. Fry them old Florida way in chunks or smoke them and enjoy the greatness of that fish known as mullet.

Skate is perhaps one of the best tasting fish I've ever had, and I've eaten many types of fish. False albacore is the only fish I can honestly say that is closest to being inedible no matter how it's prepared.

We used to catch barracuda in South Africa off Durban. Ate it, no issue, and locals love it as well in the poorer community. Great video as always.

Down in mexico in Cancun, they say its a seasonal thing. They say they stink and dont eat em for like 3 months out of the year.

Barracuda isn’t toxic. It’s just that certain dullards tried to eat it raw and died of fish aids/worms. Cook your shit, kiddos!

In Varadero Cuba I used to test the Barracuda liver with the ants. That's the Best Way to know if the Cuda Has Ciguatera.
