So I haven't heard of this but I tend to do it myself, I use my pinky to guide my fly line back onto the reel. Even though I have large arbor reels if a fish comes at me it helps keeping that line from piling up on one side. Is this a thing or did I just change the fly fishing game forever! Lmfao ----
