-Bill Spicer -- Bill, at 6: 27 of this film, you show a barbed wooly bugger, and it's wet, as if it had been used. I am not certain whether barbless hooks are required in this situation. My understanding is that barbless hooks are required in Manitoba. I am certain that you wouldn't break the law, but I wonder whether it might confuse anglers who might fish in the province. By the way, I am not chastising you, whatever the explanation is. I have unknowingly fished in prohibited areas, so I know how easily mistakes can be made.
