Eyup John. God knows you're a lovely fella but 22: 57 was uncalled for with a lady present. 'Squeeze and lift' is the way in polite company I always find and then hope to goodness nothing cracks off or follows through. Mrs Locker is either as deaf as a post or has nerves of steel. I'd have jumped into the drink out of fear if you'd done that behind me. I prefer her salute to yours I have to say. I tried my luck very early in the morning at the weekend (middle of nowhere by the way) and spent the first bit of my session being interviewed in the pitch dark by a DCI investigating a possible attempted murder with a crossbow. No wonder my nerves are shot. And you got more fish than me. My life. Sithi after, Dave.

I just admire your wife's windswept hair as a woman since I don't get that result myself when the wind blows! XD Love the footage of her getting some great catches. It just mixes it up nicely.
From my own experience of fishing, which is very amateurish and little (mostly as an adolescent, the best of times was when I had someone guiding me and I'd get something truly memorable - I think that was the best price in the long run.
(Best memories are from Norway. Catching cod in one of the fiords way up north, towards the Norweigian islands. Beautiful location, beautifully tasting fish. Something to remember for life.

Well, who'd have thought it, a husband and wife who share the same passion for fishing, playing and handling bull Huss like a boss. Most of my non fishing mates are shit feared of holding a rag worm ha ha. Great video as always John, i'm getting through them all gradually. I must say your video's are not only entertaining and informative but ooze enthusiasm and passion, a combination which, in my opinion, most of the fishing shows on TV are seriously lacking. Keep it up pal.

This was good viewing you two and a joy to see the Master schooled by the pupil, yet again. As to the daft question 'why fish from the shore when you own a boat'. begs the answer any true angler would comprehend: 'Because I can! ' Thanks again John & Hannah, keep knocking them out.

We appreciate the therapeutic videos so much. Sometimes I repeat some. But anyway did u see how disappointed the people were to miss the live video yesterday including myself. I notice you did not use burley in your landbased fishing. Unnecessary? Would a float rig in the leader have helped to keep the bait above the crabs? I have not seen the bait wrapping you have used in Australia. It should work here. I'll try it when my baits are suitable. Great vid as usual.

Love you videos full of information and so entertaining you have a wonderful family and seem l8e a really great guy. Just out of interest do you ever fish back up north around Craster Northumberland coastline and the Cornwall are some o& the most beautiful in the world. Keep the videos coming.

Considering you have access to a boat, what makes you decide to fish from the shore instead? Change of pace, for the benefit of viewers who themselves can only shore fish, catching different fish or better for a short session? Always wondered both on your videos and some others I follow.

John, John! stick to fishing with the kids cause Mrs Fishlocker nearly always gets the bigger fish. Think it's down to the pheromones, at least that's the possible reason for Georgina Ballantine's amazing Salmon record. Once again I love watching your films. cheers.
