Living in GA we eat a lot of catfish and the smaller the better. We have catfish restaurants where you go, take a crowd and order all you can eat catfish. Nothing any better than the southern fried delicacy for sure. I am noticing too that you and Brad are being very careful unhooking them, they can fin you good if not careful. Enjoyed the video and the information.

I went here this past summer on a hog hunt with brad Gibson shot me a nice 200 ib hog and I can-t explain it enough but his cook makes the best fish dip I have ever had in my entire life would definitely recommend going out with them

Too many added greens that aren't needed. Would be hard to fully get the flavor of the fish. I do like some of the seasonings though, but this just wouldn't be my preferred style. Always game to try once though!

I caught a black sea bass one time and while unhooking him I could see the biggest sea horse I have ever seen in his mouth only it-s tail was down his throat. I took the greedy thing home and ate him,

Small fish have small bladders, less pressure release when coming up. I-d say they dropped stomach contents on the journey up. I find our small grouper release and swim away better than big ones

Very nice to see a different perspective on cooking. As a Filipino, we ate fish this way often. It always freaked our friends out when they would see the head, but it was the best part.
