While enjoying my own version of a nice relaxing drink I watched one of your videos where you talked about nick names and that you never had one. You often describe the activity of your salivary glands as you prep to take that first bite. You also reference Pavlov quite often. Consider being named after one of his dogs. As he was Russian, most of the 40 names wouldnt work but his first dog, Bieka, and another dog Iks (X, might work. Iks, the Cooking Guy.

Hey Sam, just curious. the recipe calls for 1. 5 cups of AP flour. If I'm weighing out the ingredients, should I use the standard 120g/cup (total 180g? Or should I assume and do as you do in the video, which is scoop & shake out a leveled cup, which could end up weighing more? I only ask because I find a cup of flour when I scoop it can weigh as much as 170g/cup, as it slightly packs. 75g extra flour can make a big difference in this recipe.

Sandhills Salutations! Hey guys, two tips. Separate bananas from bunch, cut off top end of each banana to 3/8, and they will not ripen as fast. Yeah, Im a rancher and have a real propane torch, but its out in the truck. Craft people use your heat embossing tool! It takes just a minute longer.

I enjoy your videos! They're interesting and give me ideas on what to cook since I'm all out of ideas now a days, thank you to you and to Max for the videos! There are many of those who are willing to stick through the commercials for your videos! Keep posting please and thank you!

Awesome episode & the end was super special. I can only remember one other episode where you took the food somewhere else for the full reveal. San Diego is such a beautiful place, maybe do some more remote reveals & show it off? Maybe even do some recipes tied to a theme for somewhere in town?

Great recipe Sam, the only change I made was adding equal parts baking soda and powder, girlfriend says it was the best she ever had! Really like the banana on the top touch. Dont have a torch, but drizzled a little maple syrup on the banana before baking. Thanks for all the great videos.

Sam the cooking guy - time to make the best damn garlic butter chicken fried rice! Watched your butter burger episode and it made me think of the butter garlic mix they slap into the fried rice when they make it in front of you at a Japanese Steakhouse. Oh, and nice banana bread

I could see the loaf you fed up cut thinly and used for French toast, a dish that was originally a way to make use of fed up bread! Dredge it, fry it, make some eggs and bacon, and toss on Canadian maple syrup and confectioners sugar. HELLO BREAKFAST!
