Today I'll show to how to make Korean-Style BBQ Beef Bulgogi - perfect quick & easy dinner recipe! michael: It is true that his shirt has nothing to do with being a political statement. A political statement is ones side of opinion, against another. Cooking exists as a cohesive of all sides as one. All flavours, all meats, all vegetables, etc, are liberally and conservatively all on the same level of playing field. Cooking is always open to change. There is no one way to do something, but open to interpretation and speculation, depending on the individuals own personal taste and desires to creat. Cooking is an art which comes with its own palate/recipe. Cooking is neither beauractic nor diplomatic. It is the best of both. There is a basic form of logical steps to adhere to, then your creative side to explore from. Simply put. you do you. And cooking should be respected as such. Obviously from a Canadians perspective/opinion. And no! I am not sorry for saying as such. Respect to all.

Lived in Korea, son lives there now. never seen bulgogi without onions. Maybe not traditional SOMEWHERE in Korea, but not anywhere I've been. They also usually have an assload of garlic, not a clove. more like 10+. Funny you actually use gochujang, pretty much any recipe I see in English doesn't include anything spicy at all. Kinda pathetic.

How do I get my friend who is an impossibly picky eater to eat something besides chicken tenders/ boneless wings, poutine, and mozz sticks? Btw, he doesnt like beef (unless its overly well done, ham, meatballs, sausage, most pork, hotdogs, fruits, or veggies. Hes cool with eating the same 3 meals every day, every week, and it drives me nuts.

Make something with duck breast! I just moved to this little ass country town in vermont and they always have duck breast and rendered duck fat in the local market. I have so many ideas but dont know what I should go for! I'm thinking maybe sous vide with some sort of of fruit and red wine compote? Sam help me!

I hope Sam loves America and loves his amazing president Trump. Hello from Canada. Believe me socialism sucks and our healthcare sucks. Mom actually went to USA because her procedure waiting list was two years. Dont believe the lying left and their media propaganda and activists. Great vids Sam. Cheers brother.

Third time making this from your recipe and I keep forgetting the pear. My family falls on their plates like starving hyenas. We have a Korean friend who makes up a raw batch for us to cook and she includes onions as well. Yours is just as good and well. better!

If you don't have gochujang, you might want to consider some extra brown sugar with the chili flake, as it's a sweet and spicy combo. If you haven't had it, imagine a sweet Chipotle chili sauce the consistency of thick ketchup, but without the smoke flavor.

Throw in a little bit of cherry Coke cola into that marinate and holy shit does it make it like a 5 X more amazing then this I did his recipe last night and tonight I wanted to do something a little different and OMG was it great

made this last night, came out great. my one modification would be to marinate the beef by itself, and start the onions cooking by themselves a few minutes before adding the beef. The onions were a bit undercooked for my liking

Yeah. more gochujang more sesame oil more garlic/ginger. Its gotta be punchy. Kimchi and all the other sides, it has to be bold. Americans dont like fat on meat, but it really works with the thinly sliced beef.
