Hey people. I fly on Korean all the time when I have to go over the pacific. and I find another international carrier when flying the Atlantic. Here is a tidbit for you all who don't fly much international. DO NOT fly on domestic US airline for international flights. The US domestic airlines have to abide by anti-age discrimination rules. this is all a good idea but NOT good when you are a passenger and wanting a pleasant flight. US domestic airlines never make it to the top ten airlines in the world. actually they are near the bottom. The last time I was on a US domestic international airline was a flight from Detroit to Narita on Delta where the stewardess was so old. she was using the food cart as her stroller Also, another stewardess was soooo fat. she hip checked me several times and made me spill my drinks. and don't get me started about their extremely rude attitude. Never fly a US domestic airlines for international travel Most Americans who fly internationally regularly know this. the US domestic airlines do NOT want you to know.

Bibimbap is as good as it can get compared to most other economy-class flights. Purportedly, the best in economy is Air France, and although I did like Air France's fresh baguettes and wine, the boeuf bourguignion entree in itself was good, though to me not much better in quality than a frozen Stouffer's or Swanson meal cooked at home. The bibimbap is better because the ingredients are fresh, and with the hot rice, red pepper paste for the kick and sesame oil on top for the savor, the meal is overall very delicious and you finish the bowl wishing you had a little more bibimbap to eat. The only criticism I have for the bibimbap is the absence of the fried egg on top for that richness, but understandably it is of course an impossibility.

It irks ne how the gochujang isn't well mixed lol I'm just used to seeing a bibimbap with red rice haha I flew Asiana and chose bibimbap as well on my outbaound flight, and it was amazing even without the Sesame oil, yours is probably much better with it: ) will definitely check out your other videos as well because I'm crazy about Airline meals as well Haha I'm a Star Alliance member as well via Asiana and plans on flying with other airlines in their network to get a little bit of something back for my bucks. Will be flying to NZ via Air New Zealand, this July and can't wait for the food up in the air lol And the country too of course lol

Great Video Mark. When I travel internationally, I would try to go with Korean Air if its within 100 of the cheapest fare. The service is excellent. I don't know of another carrier where the captain and air crew would go to each row and bow to the customers. That's customer service. The food is one of the best in airline food besides qutar. In addition Inchon airport has a nice short time hotel you can pay by the hour if you have a long lay-over.

I'm sorry but I didn't like their food. I'm the type of person who loves airplane food but Korean Air just didn't taste as good compared to that of the other airlines I've tried before. I was so looking forward to their bibimbap cause that's one of my favorite food but when I tried it on their airline, all the ingredients just didnt go well altogether. Sorry, I'm not happy to say this but their food wasn't that great.

I love Mark's videos, but I wish his reactions could be like the reaction at 2: 10. That's showing that he enjoys it, but it doesn't show that face reaction that I don't like because he overplays everything with that look. I'm incredibly jealous about the food and traveling. Korea and Japan are where I want to travel to. His videos get me prepared for a trip that I'm planning for the future. Thank god for Mark Weins (:

I was flying in Business Class and I got sick after eating Beef steak at the Flight back to US from Seoul, had to stay over night at the hospital very next day due to Food poisoning. It was really bad. Complained to korean air they gave me and Family First Class 2 way tickets to any destination they fly no expiration date on them.

I wonder Mark in this day and age of having too much plasticI wonder do they really need to serve the plain rice in a plastic container? Too much plastic which hopefully is Recycled The plus point is supplying metal utensils which can be washed and reused The Food sounds terrific How would you rate it on a Scale of 1 to 10 Mark

Hi Mark and all who booked with Korean Air: ) Just wondering when booking, did any of you get blocked from picking seats on the first half of the section from Economy? They told me theres only one type of Economy, but based on the rate I paid I couldnt pick seats in the first half. But they gave me only one rate so I dont get it.

just came back from using korean air from seoul to bangkok. we were on economy seating, but even then, i think they had some of the best accommodations and food. slippers, headphones, blanket, very good choices in entertainment, and food. i really like the airline and would fly it everywhere if i could
