Today I am going to show you a very easy no-knead focaccia bread recipe. The toppings are versatile and up to you. INGREDIENTS 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 Tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cups warm water 3 Tbsp olive oil for bowl and topping 2 tsp flaky sea salt for topping 8 x 12 baking dish Bake in a preheated oven at 425 F for 20 to 25 minutes

The dimpled one looks like it would be great for a pizza. I am going to try this. I cant find anywhere in my city that makes this kind of bread anymore

I wonder how whole wheat flour would go? I trued using Allulose instead of sugar and it worked wonderful in baking. I like to experiment. Easy is good.

When you put that plastic wrap you left the sides open. Is that what you have to do? Also how do you proof dough in the oven? I'm new to this.
