Tho I am not a big fan of spring roll but I really love the concept of the loaded spring roll. & the mayo cream dip also looks great. I can use it somewhere else. Happy Mother's Day everyone!

Looks amazing but the spring rolls won't be crispy after dipping in the sauce or when you bake it with chicken and cheese. Rolls would be soggy, which they shouldn't.
