Complete recipes along with chutneys. larki: i tried this recipe. i am not a fan of chaat. i only love to eat mirchili's chat but i liked this recipe. my family really liked it. there is one suggestion kindly mention that we need to grease the bowl before adding dough to it to make katori. this is not mentioned. beginners will get confused. my first katori broke as it was stuck on bowl. my ami helped me. kindly mention petty details too: )

You can store the katoris after frying and cooling down in a air tight container for 1-2 weeks. If they get soggy then put them in microwave for 20 seconds and wait 10 min to cool down they will become crisp again. Hope that tip helps.
