Emma I'm from Malaysia. I really like your video and recipe as all are less sweet and your tips are helpful for non-professional bakers! I'm planning to make a fruit cake next week and will try the sturdier whipped cream recipe with mascarpone. Does it required to make one day in advance to taste better or only apply for buttercream frosting? Will it taste like cheese fronting as the amount of mascarpone Is a lot?

Hello Emma, I'm just curious about the colour of your whipped cream. Is it really white or just looks white on camera? I have been trying to achieve a real white whipped cream like what they use in Asia for a long time. I tried to add in a tiny bit of purple food colouring, but still not the same. -

Hi Emma, I-d like to try this cake but in a bigger size would I need to just double all the quantity of ingredients? . I don-t want to mess it up. Also which brand yogurt do you use for your cakes. Thank you. X

I just had t pause it at the beginning and screech with pleasure at how aesthetically pleasing that was. The perfect strawberry slices and the exact proportions of the cake and icing was just pleasing to my OCD

I don-t have a 7 inch baking tray. Will it turn out okay if i used an 8 inch tray instead? If no, is it ok if u help me out with the conversions cuz i have no idea how to hehe. Thank u in advance!

I like to spritz the sponge with kirschwasser before i assemble them for a nice aroma - whipped topping or wiltons or Elite icing or WHATEVER they call it is a good option too!
