I have done hundreds of roast chickens in my life as a cook, always a crowd pleaser, this humble gentleman just made me feel like a novice who doesn’t even know how to cut an onion lol I love his attention to detail and his explanations on why he does everything. Hats off to you chef I am definitely going to try to recreate this and will probably fail miserably what a talented guy!

The technique of making a gastrique and adding to a jus is actually almost identical to the process of making Duck a l'Orange. So it's kind of like he's making Chicken a l'Orange with a Caribbean flair (due to the habaneros and lime juice)

This video is disrespectful as it shows a Singh wearing a Kara while preparing chicken. Please don’t misrepresent Sikh identity in this way.

A true master chef. Jassimran displays a high level of skill. This is easily the most sophisticated chicken dish I've ever seen. Looks amazing!

H1B critics will want him to go back to India and sell tires like his dad did. Not a skilled job; anyone can cook chicken they will say.

Sikhs hunt and eat meat.
Only jhatka meat quick and without cruelty.
Never halal or kosher as both are ritualistic and cruel.

Just wondering how much juice and how many fruits went into this one chicken. This must be costing upwards of 75 USD or nearabouts

Yes I watched it for the recipe Bro and not for the executive execution with an eloquent narration and presence of a Sikh brother.

am I the only one seeing the irony in a SINGH cooking chicken on such a grand scale. Always find the contradiction jarring.
