Love his sincere attitude and value of camaraderie in his work. A lot of designers could see models as walking hangers in real life or the laborers (who actually make the clothes) as not much. Posen seems to really understand that even though it is his name on the runway, it takes MANY people to make the show happen.

he has a small family run business now. there is a great documentary in Netflix where he lost everything when he became so big it went to his head. He is by no means a bad guy he just let fame and money go to his head and had to learn a very cautious reality.
