i’d love it if you tried the new physicians formula bronzer/ blush stick duos, the revolution skin silk under eye brightner and concealer (and maybe compare it to the rare beauty one bc i love that one, the new natasha denona blushes (cream blush and highlight duo, revolution skin silk bronzer stick, new pixi tinted lip jelly (maybe all their new products tbh, la girl on cloud nine lip serums, maybelline facestudio poreless jelly 24 Hr blurring primer, la girl pro setting loose powder, essence disco highlighter, ABH impeccable matte foundation, and the KISS super stick 5-day extended wear strip lash adhesive! (of course it’s not expected, i just found them online and thought they were interesting)

The reformulation of the infallible foundation was I think the biggest fail of 2024 for me. I wear 425 throughout the year while mixing 420 and 430 as seasons change. Anywho, ran out of 425 one day so down to Walmart I go to pick up a bottle. I noticed the packaging change, even did some homework on the aisle for 2 seconds, but couldn’t find any info as it had just been updated. Well the next day at work the good old mirror of truth in the car revealed I was yellow like emoji yellow. They not only changed the formula but the shades as well.

I feel like the Elf’s Lash Extender is definitely dependent on everyone’s lashes for sure. It looks great on me, but doesn’t work for my best friend. I do love that it’s a cheaper tubing mascara than Thrive’s and it’s given the same results as it did for me. But again, tubing mascaras aren’t as voluminous as others. I have also tried quite a few of the products you got and can’t help but agree wholeheartedly the Covergirl trueblends were HORRIBLE

Tati. Try the KIKO Sculpting/foundation stick. I bought the perfect sculpting shade! Easy to sculpt and blend away into your foundation. I was amazed at how good it was. Unfortunatrly all of my makeuo exept for a few items that i wear day to day. Anyway the bulk of my makeup collection is packed away as i am moving accross the globe to live in Austrslia. So i cannot dig out this Kiko item for you!

I’ve tried the reformulation and it is not the same: ( I really wish it was. I have dry skin and it makes my skin even dryer. I have gotten it to look nice with doubling up on my moisturizer. But even then my makeup still has cracks after a few hours. Note: I picked it up on accident I didn’t realize they reformulated so I was very confused when I did my makeup the first time.

Haha, I work at HEB as a beauty manager, and yes we have to tape up our lip products so people don’t open and test them. It helps prevent scanning out lots of damaged products. We are not a Sephora or Ulta. We don’t have testers so please don’t open the product and contaminate the lip products, especially if it’s liquid lip, gloss, or anything with an applicator.

Makes me hate my life haha! I’m one of those weirdos who love a burning liner and gloss. Those seem to be the only ones that actually plump my skinny lips. So I’m always on the hunt for SUPER HOT lip products. So far I haven’t found any that work as well as Lip Injections. That is just a great product for plumping the lips. I’ve tried em all!

Re: Tinted Brow Gels --> I apply the tinted brow gel to my brows and then use a powder or pencil to fill in only the areas that need it to even them out or any sparse areas. It's quicker than trying to build a brow from the start with only pencil or powder.

Fantastic review. Was walking on my walking pad while watching and immediately purchased the Lumi sticks! They arrived overnight and are an amazing dupe in stick form of Jones Road Miracle Balm. Would Love a part 2! Manicure is fab btw.

WetnWild has sticks similar to the Covergirl for $4. 99 a piece. I've used them in the past and liked them. They have updated the packaging, and I haven’t tried them after they did that. I believe they are now called Megaglo sticks.

lol! I work at HEB and yes we go to tape up the product cause people are weird. I’m friend with everyone in the beauty department and have watched manager tape em up myself. It’s annoying but necessary!
