Why does makeup have to be political? I would watch the news of I wanted politics. If a product is great, it's great. Some of the brand's that have so much hype over a massive range of shades, have the crappier products. Not everyone collects makeup like a guru. You find a couple that work for you and you're done. Why can't we just have the entertainment without political messages of any kind. When gurus mention politics then state that they will not use the brand further, they are killing their credibility.

We need more than two dark shades in tarte in every brand. I love you so much but you have a big platform to make these big beauty companies to realize that theyre horrible for not including dark skinned people. We have a luxury for having our shade with literally every brand. Dark skinned people dont and its unfair I know dark skinned women and men watch you and maybe got their feelings hurt when you said only five lighter shades. I love you though

Thank you for not staying silent and more than that, thank you for saying the truth about other brands that do the exact same thing. All concealers look ridiculously light to me, I get it's to brighten but are we sure sure sure that it's not actually the right way to handle undereye darkness? I've never had luck with color corrector for it either, just makes a bigger mess with creasing. I need a guru makeover I still am clueless to pick out the best shades of foundation or anything for that matter. But I watch hella videos for some reason LOL

I have their foundation concealer in one and its SO amazing Maybe it wont work for you, but wished youd review it I ask that you do, bc youre my absolute FAVORITE and just would like to see how it works for you. It might give me an idea on other products on your skin viruses mine. Please please please Or if not, just curious why. Again, I love you

Thank you Tati for pointing out the way people are focused on shaming Tarte when there are so many other beauty companies coming out with similar narrow shade ranges. I totally agree. Many companies are getting away with it but with so much expectation from people who love shape tape concealer they probably fired their dissapointments at Tarte's launch more dramatically. Love how you pointed that out: )

Many companies are getting away with it but with so much expectation from people who love shape tape concealer they probably fired their dissapointments at Tarte's launch more dramatically. Tati you look especially beautiful in this video. I use green color corrector because I have lupus which causes a large red rash on my face and it can be pretty extreme at times. People with beautiful even skin like you might not need to color correct, but I definitely do because if I don't then the red will peek through whatever I put over it, even very full coverage products. :)

I just wanted to say that I find the purple color corrector very useful Im always the lightest shade of foundation and the lightest shade of concealer wont brighten on my complexion. If I put the lavender underneath my foundation in areas I want to highlight I actually get the brightening effect I want But overall I can see how unnecessary they are for most people.

The first one you mentioned, tarte rainforest, I dont know why you dont like it. Just because it smells bad? It really isnt bad at all I never even noticed it, and its really good coverage. I feel like you dont try out the product enough to give it a full and honest review. You like try something once and then the smell is bad so you throw out 30 worth of product?
