I'm MOVING next week, so I dumped my Mascara drawer and thought that 55 Mascara's would be ridiculous, so here's a modest review of 30 Luxury & Drugstore Hit's & Misses. PS. Watch Style Code Live for my HOT PRODUCT of the WEEK Check out my BATTLE OF THE FOUNDATIONS Video

The waterproof BTS: The teal tube with faux water drops is really cute, but the formula SUCKS. For as much as it smudges, it is impossible to remove. And it is such a dry formula it is difficult to put on evenly. I love the original BTS other than how quickly it dries out, and I was so excited when this launched, but I am very disappointed in it. I got a sample size of Urban Decay Perversion mascara last night from Ulta. Trying it out today. I wasn't impressed with the first coat, but the second looked better. I just took a close look at it after 15 hours of wear and it's a little smudged and flaky under my eyes. It's not terrible, but considering I haven't touched my eyes all day, I'm not impressed. I can only imagine how bad it would be on a day when my eyes are bothering me and I rub them frequently. I kind of think the last one I used that I really thought was that great was a combo of two of the ELF mascaras, one for length and one for volume, but I don't remember which two they were. :/

Thank you so much for the reviews on these mascaras. I have to agree with you on so many and the ones I don't is only because I haven't tried them yet. My favorite is the smaller brush Dior - oh I love that stuff. I was wearing it one night when I ended up in the hospital and all the nurses were freaking out over my long, voluminous lashes. They couldn't believe I wasn't wearing false lashes at first. I usually were it in the black but I want to get the brown for a more natural look - I'm a strawberry blonde so black is an obvious sign I am wearing mascara. I had bought the brown in the big brush Dior but the brush was so big I couldn't get it close enough to my lashes without hitting my face with the brush he he. I am going to try some of the cheaper ones you mentioned though, especially the Fiona Stiles one, since 16 dollars is whole lot better than 32 dollars.

It would be really great if you could show us what brushes u use to do your eye make ups, like specific brushes with model number and why you think its good, im new and learning make up, thus i really really love ur videos, it would be really great if you could show more with brushes and specifics. like for example morphe brushes? for basics or new to make up girls who really wish to achieve looks like you. i know its gonna be very troubling for you, but im really looking forward if you could do that.

my friend and I have a conspiracy theory that every time the big brands (Maybelline, Cover Girl, etc) bring out a new mascara, that it's exactly the same as the previous new release, just with a different container or brush. That's why the second tube of a new mascara is never as good as the first Maybe we're just crazy, or maybe we are just tired of buying new mascaras all the time Thank you so much for your video, Tati. As usual, your hard work really shows You are a bright spot in my day

Loved the video I tried both the dior overcurl and the fiona stiles mascaras because you recommended them: ) loved both of them. I need to repurchase the dior one. But i wanted to tell you that you should try to layer them. Whenever i wanted really full and amazing lashes, i put on the dior overcurl first, then let it dry for a second, and then put the fiona stiles one on top. I swear to god, my lashes have never looked more amazing: O

Hi Tati, it's my first time to leave a message. My name is Tawen, I am from Taiwan. Every time I saw you talking about mascara, I always want to introduce you my hg mascara. The brand is Kiss Me from Japan, and the name is Heroine Mascara Advanced Film. They do have Volume & Curl and Long & Curl. I prefer the Long & Curl one, but Volume & Curl won some award in Japan. Hope you will like to try them, and hopefully you will love them.

I'm really sad because I heard such great things about carbon black and I bought it yesterday, used it today and it is flaking EVERYWHERE. I keep sweeping away tiny black spots off my face. :( I guess I'll go back to my Rimmel lash accelerator while I look for a different, inexpensive volumizing mascara. Gonna go cry the rest of this mascara off now. I just got to the waterproof part. THERE MAY BE HOPE I'm going to exchange it

I like that the Fiona Styles mascara has a Burgundy color option. I only have 2 mascaras at the moment (both black, so I think I'm due to put another into rotation and a different color would be nice. Guess which on that will be? (also, it is on sale at Ulta now for 8 - 50% off. I was going to try it anyway, but I'm glad that it is Tati approved. :)

Any recommendations for people with glasses? I have pretty long natural lashes and they push against the glass all the time, so using mascara is pretty annoying because I need to clean them all the time (I'm not a contact person, but I do not want to not use it since while my lashes may be long, they're very light.
