i know this is kinda irrevelant to this video but i cant remember which video it was - i wanted to private msg u but idk how to do that lol. basically, i started working out again, im doing basic at home squats/crunches workouts and zumba. once my body gets adjusted, i wanna do some weight lifting for squats and tone my arms bc i have what u call -noodle- arms. I noticed in one of your videos, you showed us you have a workout routine book. i wanted to know when you have time, if you can think about making a video on starting to work out and when youll begin to see results (arms, legs. etc. as well as a workout routine!
for arms i wanna strengthen and tone (but not to where it looks too much) and strengthen my legs. kinda like how you do them. tone and flatten the lower belly. okay im done, sorry if it was alot & thanks either way!
