I have a HUGE problem. I'm such a hair care freak and I still have split ends I RARELY use heat tools; maybe once a month and I let my hair air-dry. I use coconut oil once or twice a week and another treatment once a week. I do NOT put my hair in a ponytail. I used a leave-in conditioner and I don't brush my hair since my hair is naturally wavy/curly and if I do brush it, it will turn out to be a HUGE mess but when I do brush it, I use a wide-toothed comb. What can I do? Please please reply X

I know how you feel, I seemed to wear my hair in the same way all the time after having my children: a claw clip after my eldest, a braid down my back for my youngest How long is your hair, love? I'd recommend trying out hair stick buns, if it's around mid-back or longer. Really quick and easy way to put up your hair and you can get some really pretty ones that aren't too expensive, too - I've found some lovely ones on Amazon and Ebay. It does you good to treat yourself to something nice. XX

So I work at Carl's Jr. and we have to have our hair in a bun and hat all the time; and I also have REALLY thick, long hair so I've always bought the really thick, rubber(I believe) hair ties. Would one of those all cloth hair ties be strong enough for my hair? I already follow all of those resolutions except for having my hair up because of work and I had no idea it was so bad for your hair Also, I'm wondering what specifically causes frizz? I would love some feedback Thank you. :]

I have to say that since I learnt how to french other braids, I hardly put my hair in a ponytail anymore. Well, the occasion that I'm rushing off to sch on a day with lab. but mostly i take my time to do my hair on the bus or. just leave it down. and I hardly use heat on my hair. Prefers to air dry it. BUT I'm currently in the process of gradient bleaching my hair (first time ever + diy) from black to blonde. it's bleached twice now, still brown. worried about it getting damaged.

You are right about protein and repairing your hair. However it's also important to note what your hair needs eg: curly-wavy hair naturally has a lot of protein in it already, it needs moisture Straight hair usually lacks moisture and needs protein So be careful not to over protein curly-wavy hair, and visa versa: )Morrocon oil or argain oil is great for any hair type Everyone needs to use itThanks for the great hair tips, keep your great videos up

Hmn. I was hoping for some good tips here, but I think I pretty much do all these things already I don't own any heat tools and I can't wear my hair in a ponytail because it gets so tangled, and I use leave in conditioner (spray) every time I comb my hair. I cut my ends myself whenever they start getting bad, but I guess doing it at a hair salon could make some difference? I really want my hair to be healthier and get longer.

Great resolutions I'll try to put them all into practice (right now I would say I only do #1 and #2. However I need help I have very thin and frizzy hair so what I do is sleep in two side ponytails with wet hair so that it dries that way and stays straight near the roots and with its natural curls at the bottom. so how damaging is that? Could you recommend me any really good anti-frizz product that I could use to stop doing that?

What is the healthiest way to dye your hair, I know its not that healthy, but I really want to dye my hair, or make some reflexes or something in a blonder color (more like golden, my natural color is kinda like yours. So what do you suggest I can do that doesn't hurt my hair or makes it look fake? and if I dye my hair is my natural color going to grow darker or something? (I don't want that: p)

I have a wet brush (: It's so amazing on my hair But I have millions of split ends. and my mom will not even let me trim it an inch When my split ends are like 3-4 inches long. she doesn't really think that it goes up your hair. I wouldn't cut it that short anyways cause my hair is about as long as yours (: I need to moisten my hair but Mostly Get my hair trimmed when it needs it. if my mom will let me.
