Detox & Fitness Dance Toning Routine MISSSPERU Goratchthemule: If you want to train your butt at home, you can easily do that on a chair. Lay with your stomach on the chair. Let your hip rest on the edge with your feet hanging out. Hold your feet together in the air as long as you can, aim for 30 seconds. You can also lower one leg at the time to the floor with out touching it and rase it back to a straight horizontal line on the chair. Switch leg and do 10 repetitions. It activates you glutes. If you think it's to easy you can buy wrist weights (filled with sand) take 1-2 pound/leg.

8: 18 is one of the best toning exercises one can do, men as well. Too many people work out the bicep, and never work this set of muscles, the ones that make your arms look good when they're at rest (not flexed) and also prevents granny arms, what happens when this muscle is too slack.
