At what time do you usually wake up? You've been asking for this video for a while, and I think it's time to finally post it! Here is my updated 2022 Morning Routine! This is what I do every single morning to be healthy, fit, productive, and to have a great rest of my day. As you know, I'm all about being healthy and trying to optimize my life, so I hope this helps in any way possible

My advice, learn to do it without an energy drink. Its such a tough one to cut out, but caffeine is normalized in society, and so is the comedown. Whether you think you do or not, you are effected by the after effects (comedown. Can you imagine not getting a crash or feeling tired after lunch or even catching a literal second wind at 3pm? Peak energy levels are supposed to be 1-3pm.
This is not for everyone and there is no judgement here, but someone needed to hear this.
There is a life to live without caffeine.
Im no saint, for me i get my little reprieve on the weekends with some good ol ganja. In the end, its all our little vices we look for reprieve in.

00: 48 Dr. Mike said it too and I do this for long time, let your room or sheets get some fresh air. There is probably sweat from your sleep and covering it will make it worse. Open your window and go to bathroom, do your things and when u r finished close the window. Its that easy and you get dry sheets

Thanks for this video Alex. I hope I will lose some fat before summer. I am doing some HIIT workouts for my morning routine almost every other day and I think I am eating properly. Ever since I got plan from Next Level Diet I am losing on weight, and it is mostly fat as I can see.

Why did you build 3 brand names( Aetos, Forte and apricus) instead of one? Wouldn't one brand be more feasible to market and user retention?

The thing I'm going to take away from this is how much slo-motion to add to my morning whether that is walking upstairs, getting a dose of caffeine, or opening my laptop. My dogs will love the dramatic effect of slomo.

Everything perfect, the only thing I change is to eat real food in the morning, like eggs, meat, veggies and fruit don't only supplements. Also, I change that nesspreso coffee for a real coffee with natural beans.

0: 39 just a heads up you shouldn't be drinking water as soon as you wake up, brushing teeth comes first because you don't want the dirt accumulated in your mouth overnight to be flushed down your stomach

I prefer boys morning routines videos than the ones from females. I don't know but they look more practical and concise. Also I feel they're more friendly to audience for some reason.

Don't wanna be that guy but you really shouldn't make your bed in the morning, you trap the heat and all the critters on the sheets, makes perfect conditions for them to thrive.
