The sad part is that if your out of shape (mainly overweight) it pretty much cancels all of these out. Like for the workout one. I workout 6 days a week, and lost around 30 pounds since august, but everyone still assumes I just sit on my but all day and eat a bunch of crap, all because I have a little excess body fat.

I think the hardest environment from my experience, is trying to meet someone from work. Either everyone is too busy, doesn't care or obtuse.
