I would like to add something. The not shampooing everyday does not apply to tropical countries where it is so hot. It also doesnt apply to people with oily scalp or high tendancy to sweat alot. I have tried not shampooing everyday, (shampooed every 2-3 days) and my scalp clogged and caused hair loss and made the rest of my hair brittle and lifeless. Took me 6months to get it back to its healthy state. Im only 18 by the way and my family does not have a history of early hairloss.

I dont know what happened to my hair. When i was young my hair was so silky and i had very little dandruff. Now my hair is so hard and its full of dandruff and hairfall. Maybe it was because i used shampoo in high quantity. Thanks for the tips anyways I'm gonna try it.

There're a lot of informations of how to treat your hair and sometimes i get lost. I've seen people saying that you just scrubb your scalp and not your hair tips when you're shampooing. On the other hand when you're conditioning just apply on your hair tips.

I have friends from Morocco and I always ask them to send me authentic Moroccan argan oil and I-ve been using it ever since as a heat resistent before blow drying. My hair has always been amazing. Great tips tho!
