Logic says anti persperant its bad. Why? It blocks ur skin pores which ur skin uses to sweat yeah but also to breath, so 1st ur skin doesn't breathe and second sweat is produced but blocked. Every function our body does is done for a reason so imo dont fight nature, just use deodorant and shower regularly.
