Wow pile number 4 spoke so deeply to me. My fam has significant mental illness and trauma, and narcissism and I fell into a role of caregiver/fixer with their constant drama and negativity. I finally liberated myself from that responsibility or feeling guilty after giving and giving with very little reciprocation (everything is always about them no matter what I’m going through) and with people who refuse to work on themselves, grow, or change, as I grew and changed and went after and succeeded at various personal and professional goals. I replicated these same dynamics in my teens and 20s in friends and love and have been working hard to change this and have seen a significant shift in the last few years from changing my beliefs about this false self to bettering how I communicate and connect beyond people pleasing and not speaking or owning my needs. I also am a facilitator and speaker and had a download a few months ago about my work being healing work. This is all spot on.

I’ve been hearing of movement/ a move and fresh opportunities and changing of my life suddenly for so long and honestly I wish and pray everyday that I can come out of my current circumstances and I have tried different ways so as to no longer feel stuck and I feel so done and discouraged at this point because any reading I hear has almost the same message that I want to give up entirely and then I hear another reading which rekindles that hope.
