As an SAO fan who's rather conscious of the series' flaws, I think Starburst Stream is rather too highly placed. Even taking the digital context into account--meaning it has much less real impact than almost anything else on this list--it just doesn't stack up against something like Enuma Elish well enough to place higher than it, even if only by one spot. Especially when EE's power level is consistent but SS was mainly powered up by circumstance. SS certainly warrants a spot, but more in the neighbourhood of 20.
Also, how is there not a single Yugioh/Cardfight! Vanguard/card game anime attack on this list. If Starburst Stream, which again was a very context-specific choice, could get on the list then Attack Points really ought to have counted for something. Yugioh has had some pretty enormous attacks that could go toe-to-toe with the entrants here. Yugioh Zexal is just full of them. And then there's Vanguard, its power scaling is different but it has gotten pretty absurd too.

How could you miss Incubator! from Madoka Kaname. Yes its a wish but done as an attack that rewrite all of time, and every universe.
I want to erase all witches before they are even born. I will erase every single witch in every universe, past and future with my own hands. I don't care what you call it. All those Magical Girls who held onto their hopes and fought against witches I don't want to see them cry. I want them to stay smiling until the end. If any rule or law stands in my way, I will destroy it. I will rewrite it. That is my prayer. That is my wish. Now grant it, Incubator!

technicly Hakai isn't perfect as while potent it is a will based move, if the target has a stronger will and greater ki then the user it wont work, as its normaly a God of Destruction useing it that is unlikely to happen but there ARE a few beings in existance that 'do' have sufficent ki power and will to withstand it even from such (lord zeno and the grand angel for two, probobly zeno's two atendents as well)

It can instantly erase all of reality from existence across all of space and time throughout the multiverse, and it's even breaking the Fourth Wall and erasing OUR real life reality according to Toriyama. Not even Super Giga Drill Break comes close to that, which Mojo even called pretty much universe extinction while Zeno's is multiverse erasing.

Slayers were one of my first animes ever, and I loved the idea of spell so powerful, powered by forces so big that it could destroy the world if it ran out of control.

Yeah no, drago nova can destroy universes, it didn't even strike carrion's city, it was higher, just being closer to it it got destroyed. Stardust energy is so potent that it can't be stopped, only by using multiple nuclear magic spell it can change direction slightly
