It sucks that they don't give you the ability to do this until you finish the main story. All previous Final Fantasy games have always given you some type of flying ship mid storyline. I think this is the first one that waited until you're completely done to let you fly. I mean, I like the game a lot. But once you finish the main story and if you've done the vast majority of the side quests, then what's the point of being able to fly after that unless you just want to start everything all over again?

I know no one will reply but I-m almost done with the game but I went back in time cause of that dogo because I kept getting my ass kicked by raver or whatever his name is so I-m trying to get potions and get a bit stronger then return. So I just took out the base and got the part. But I did not get the quest from Cindy to return to her

I can't get this side quest to activate. I'm running around outside of the fortress and the only ships that fly over are the ones with soldiers that come down and attack you. I've finished the game already so this shouldn't be an issue.

Tbh, this feature kind of impractical. It's difficult to land the car. Maybe it should be made user friendly like previous airships in FF. My first Game Over in XV isn't because of monsters, but because I failed to land regalia

I had all the parts but never got the quest. I simply talked to Cindy on Chapter 15 and she completed the quest and gave me the Type F. Don't worry if you didn't get the quest, just go talk to her.

Okay, so I've beaten the game, but I only have the unstable stablizer. Should I go back to the garrison and just try to find both parts? (I also did the sidequest and didn't get the last piece)

If you don't receive the strange engine as a reward for the mission walk back inside make your way too the tower defeat all enemy's and it will be right at the bottom of the signal tower!
