Melee with this boss is impossible. The auto lock on misses all the time even when you're right next to it because it's too big. It feels like you're fighting the tough camera angles, misguided auto lock, and boss itself. But with magic it's not too bad.

i didnt realise how badly underleveled i was for this i was still using the great axe from limgrave for this boss being level 40 odd and im not good either this is my first fromsoft game and ive payed this game for max 40 hours so this boss is easy

so hard to find watched this video came back to him at level 149 with a plus 24 quality iron cleaver with knights resolve. It didn-t end well for him, such a cool boss with a cool move set tho reminiscent of Placidusax or whatever it-s name is

I just defeated this boss after 5 hours of dying repeatedly with my lvl 30 melee vagabond hahaha. I went here to watch clips and so this one. after dying repetedly and winning in the end I can finally say, gg ez

Beat the boss in two seconds after an hour spent looking for him. Fun how fextra doesn't mention that this the ansel river -nokstella, - NOT the actual ansel river nokatella you waygate through via Ranni's questline.

I stumbled into this area before Godrick at lvl 30 and tried to leave the cave once I saw the giant skeleton on a throne but then the lizard man jumped down. Still somehow beat him lol.

I will never forget this enemy. When this guy hit his second phased I literally just looked up with awe and with my mouth open. Then died because of the trance I was in.

This is the only boss I will say has bad hitboxes, because I have explicit memories of hitting him in the midsection and Dragonkin not taking any damage.
