I would think Maleficent would be number 1 to be honest, hello she is Mistress of All for a reason, she literally cursed a baby to sleep with just one prick on a spinning wheel that’s dark as it gets for a THOUSAND YEARS to be clear, but i would probably be more afraid of The Evil Queen to be honest, cause she not only poisons Snow White with a poison apple but she literally wants her killed and in the movie of the original want’s her heart out of her, that’s pretty WILD and INSANING if you ask me, who want’s to get there heart ripped out of there body, she has POTENTIAL power.
In the Once Upon A Time series with Regina AKA The Evil Queen in that version, if someone crosses her at all, all she needs to do is RIP out there beating heart out of there chest and she can just crush it just like that, if that’s not dark then i don’t know what is.

Chernabog is my favorite Disney Villain. He’s actually a cross between a Mayan Bat God and a Minotaur. Which you can actually see in his design. Another fun fact: Ursula is Triton’s sister. Fun Fact number 3: The Horned King set up shop in Camelot which is evident when Tarren finds the enchanted sword which is clearly Excalibur.

Leaving Maleficent out of the top spot, you might want to start investing in deep sleep methods, also, Hades, yes he is a god but not much of a villain but more of an arrogant prick than anything but Villain he is not as Zeus drove him to do what he did
reply

I would have moved Gaston to the honorable mention list and put in Frollo from the Hunchback of Notre Dame. Frollo also has the most epic Villain song in Disney history, Hellfire. Otherwise I agree with the list.
reply

I'm glad that Hades is on the list, along with Jafar. Anyone raises their hand on who their favorite Disney Villain is, this includes the ones in the honorable mentions, and the ones who didn't made the list.
reply

all of them have an achilles heel a weak point if the were powerful they wouldn't be destroyed or fatally inclined in yet they are not so much power do they have they all are just as weak as one another
reply

The original Briar Rose, Maleficent isn't invited due to a lack of gold plates. All they had left was silver. So instead of insult with a harmful plate, they didn't invite. Which wold have been wrose
reply

Hades does make a whole lot of sense, given that he's the older brother of Zeus, though Hades is simply the God of the Underworld, not the God of Death. That title belongs to Thanatos in the myths.

6: 55 Magic mirror not Mirror mirror one of the most famous examples of the Mandela effect is that the Evil Queen says Mirror mirror but that’s not the case at all she says Magic mirror
reply

With his mastering manipulation, charisma and his hilarious voice of James Woods and I forget how powerful Hades is after all what can you expect from the lord of the dead.
reply

Too bad they don't accept ties. I would've had a hard time to choose between Chernabog, Maleficent, & Hades for number one since they're all equally powerful
reply

Maleficent: turns into a Dragon
Prince Phillips: What is her Power Level
Merryweather: It's over Nine THOUSAAAAAAAAAAND!
Prince Phillips: What 9000

Very very great epic list I like it a lot very very great job mis mojo one of my absolute favorite list ever number one is one of my favorite ones too
reply

Shere Khan What about him then there is Clayton and Hans from frozen. So many more villains that could be on this list. Scar should also be higher.
reply

How'd I only just now noticed Malificant's scream when the sword pierces her is literally The Evil Queen's scream when she falls of the cliff
reply

I miss the days when Disney had 2D animation, love interests with their heroines and actually GOOD villains.
Where’s the ACTUAL love

reply

I mean Jafar still had the power thanks to Genie. I would've swapped him and Chernabog on the list if we're talking about Jafar overall.
reply

Other than being buff and charismatic I wouldn't have included Gaston on this list Frollo would have been better through political power alone
reply

You included Gaston, who is basically just a big himbo with no powers, yet leave out Frollo, who set all of Paris on fire with his influence
