To people who say that at this point in the show its kind of impossible for them NOT to be recognized: the show averages around 1. 7million viewers, but even if you count people who KNOW OF the show, so lets say each person tells 20 others and they simply just check it out, thats still just 34million people which is around 10% of America. With the way youre able to track who is watching television and what theyre watching nowadays, its definitely not hard for the production team to scout locations where their popularity is small. Ik theres still a possibility but its definitely not far fetched to say that theyre still unrecognizable from where they shoot

i feel bad for murr speaking from experience; the guys actually dont like him and the only reason hes in the show is probably because hes been there from there start and they cant kick him out now.
you can just tell by their face whenever he tries a joke, in the earlier episodes mostly they just sit there blank unless joe pity laughs. like if murr calls q homeless no one laughs, joe says it and all you hear is HUEHUEHAHAHAHAH que sal falling over
plus all the challenges they give him

Just got back from cruise # 4 I can tell you the show is fake and the only nice guy is Murr he was walking around without security taking selfies with everyone but the other 3 assholes needed security to protect them from the socially awkward drunk loosers that are the majority of their fans my wife and I used to be fans but not anymore won't ever watch the show again and can't wait for their 15 minutes to end so they can just go away

Shame on you Looper for trying to insinuate Joey and the boys are racist. Makes for good copy, right? Wrong. Makes you look like a-holes. The Jokers have many black friends with some being featured on the show sometimes. From the first episode I knew the show was the real deal. That's why it's so successful and will continue to be. Not like Operation Repo and some other fakes.

This show isnt fake. Its real joe in the interview say its easier to pick out the victims from the viewers because the way they act when the 4 jokers are around them. Besides people comparing about the camera angles. You do know that they put hidden cameras and are in places where people cant recognize and see the cameras right?

Either the Jokers and the people they prank are the greatest actors to ever exist or it's actually. The reactions from the guys and all of the people they prank are way too genuine and relatable when compared to YouTube prank shows and reality TV in general

Everyone says its real but they literally never get started on or anything like that. In New York the things that they do people would defiantly get physical. Also everyone must recognise them by now

I dont know how much of the show is real but the episode where they try to get people to hold something for them and the little girl starts reading the paper and i knew that was fake

I don't think impractical jokers is faked, they way that they laugh and carry on is something that would be so hard to force. Also the reactions from the public seem very sincere.
