Theres huge problems with this. Costco hires a small portion of employees per store than Walmart does. Places like Walmart are there to employ the least experienced or least qualified people in the work force. If Walmart was forced to pay employees a lot more theyd immediately just change their business model to more like Costco, and would fire half their employees, only keep the most qualified and pay them more. I think a big raise in minimum wage would cause a huge increase in unemployment

The only reason I even considered supporting anyone else is because getting Trump out was the primary objective. Of course, I now know that he's a symptom of the system. Bernie should've been the one to defeat Trump, and let me tell you. He would've won by a greater margin than Biden did. Though it's become clear that for leftists like myself, Bernie was merely the compromise. Politicians won't bring about much-needed change; the people will.

Look up the nonpartisan Center for Effective Lawmaking, then look at the bottom of the list of Senator's. You'll find Bernie is NEXT TO LAST at getting anything done in Congress. Decades on the public payroll and he does nothing but stretch his gums and collect donations. All he gets accomplished is to eliminate jobs.

Funny thing is. Bernie's Scandinavian model countries don't even have a federal minimum wage. Hmmm. Maybe we should follow in their footsteps after all! They are smart enough to know that the variations in industries don't make a single minimum wage feasible and that setting them perpetuates poverty.

It seems like relentless socialists refuse to acknowledge the failure of their flawed ideology.
Dysfunctionality. does not work! (that's what they call a no brainer) But you cannot tell them that. How long must we tolerate it?

Preach it, Bernie, preach it! I am not a believer in any kind of religion, but in Bernie's case, I will make an exception. If Bernie wants to preach, then preach away Bernie! I, for one, will hang on your every word!

Funny how McDonald's and Walmart don't wanna explain why they don't give 15$ hours wages publicly. Probably because they have no reason why other then we will make a few less millions in our billions in revenue.

I'm a conservative but I respect Bernie's passion. His focus on the issues are in the right place but he asks us to place too much faith in our government.
