Sometimes it is called Terang Bulan. Terang means bright and Bulan means moon. My parent told me that it is because the shape looks like a moon and the color is yellow just like moon when it first come up in the night sky.

Most streat martabak is really thick but its AMAZINGG and i only can eat 2 or 3 squares because of how oily it is. All the Indonasians know.
