Ukrainian. If you have the option to cook do that. Remind for what you put in your body. Make sure your drinks come from that country. It will be more authentic you go to a restaurant that has that native tongue. Try food that you didn't expect that would taste good. Do not alternate the food. Do eat 3 meals and 2 - 4 snacks. Do you cook at home only if you have those ingredients. Do you enjoy yourself. Do unexpected things for yourself. Do be open minded to different types of foods and meals.

I had to do this type of test for school in activite week and every other group was doing gym or building something and mine group had to research literally everything from this to the history of my city and then make a map out of that information it was so stressful to do that in time but my class won the thing so we had planned to go bowling but corona canceled it

This calculator is pretty basic. I think there are many categories that could be expanded.
For example internet usage. your own electricity may be renewable, but that isn't the case for the servers you're connected to.
So how about people who are flaunting low scores (which none of us can verify) improve further by spending less time online?

I got 0. 7 but thats mainly because Im poor/cheap cant afford flights anywhere, take the bus and havent got a car or motorbike, share a small flat with 3 other people, and throw less away than most (Im also vegan and buy as much locally grown - though unfortunately still packaged - produce as possible. Think it helps Im in the UK?

I feel a bit confused and defeated. I eat vegan and avoid packaging at all costs, I don't own a car and I never fly. I still got 1. 9 earths mainly because of housing and using public transportation. I feel like what I'm doing to reduce my waste and everything isn't helping at all.

Small town life = local foods and low car mileage. City sprawl, trash generation, and daily meat are large factors in this is what. Minor adjustments took me from 2. 7 to 1. 2.
