I don't mean to get all philosophical but I'm not happy with this list. I would say Skeleton Key is the best since it revolves around magic like the title of this video suggest but it's about hoodoo not voodoo like other people have said. Every other movie on the list isn't even centered on voodoo, for example Pirates of the Caribbean. I think it's sad that there aren't many if any, movies out there that makes voodoo a center piece without being racist or offensive.

Also I think this list should be updated to include Spell by mark Tonderai, Eve's Bayou Directed by Kasi Lemmons, and Tokoloshe. (The last one is more african and I heard it's not great but it still has voodoo lol)

Hollywood need to stop portraying vodou in horror film. vodou is a spiritual religion out of west Africa use for healing, nature, prosperity and defense. hollywood is tainting the image for profit

Doing a research project on voodoo and have never heard of hoodoo. Anyone have any suggestions for sources? Or someone knowledgeable about both possibly can help?

Skeleton key should be number One but seeing as this list deals with voodoo and not hoodoo then it shouldn-t be included
