Scarlet Crusade Complete Story. World of Warcraft Classic. Scarlet Commander Mograine, High Inquisitor Whitemane. The leaders of the Scarlet Crusade are no longer pure, Raleigh the Devout tells us of the Crusade's corruption and asks us to end them. Alexandros Mograine, had two sons, Renault and Darion. Renault betrayed him and took the Crusade, Darion would become the death knight who gave Ashbringer to Tirion, the blade that fell the Lich King at Icecrown. The Crusade would persist for many expansions to come, until we finally dismantle them in Tirisfal and Gilneas.
