what would happen if Bezos and Musk collaborated. I mean think about a cross country hyperloop from LA to NY. This could double up as a launch system since with a constant 2G acceleration, orbital speed is attainable at that distance. Not only that, in fact the speed which is attainable is enough to launch stuff directly to the moon, Even manned capsules (provided the moon is in the right place, of course. Then once a moonbase is established, a return mass driver is constructed on the moon so ppl will be able to actually live and work there and visit earth frequently, with the price of a train ticket. I mean, who needs all this mars sh-t when you could build a huge lunar colony with a functional space ship yard. Then you start mining asteroids and become rich beyond your wildest dreams: -. Well, just a thought. Never gonna happen, but it's nice to dream sometimes.

Your batteries are a death trap. 1400degrees inferno if any one battery is pierced by metal.
If you want to drive this then go right ahead. Better batteries that will not burn you alive are in development. Also batteries need to be in a standardised cassette for quick change, s. You buy the car but rent the batteries. Cant see it working any other way.
Swap cassettes and be on your way or wait between 3 to 18 hours for your own batteries to charge,

Musk really can't understand that for a substantial number of people they like tinkering with a proper engine, tuning it up with after market performance parts, listening to the noise it makes, changing gear, actually driving the vehicle! To work with something to make it better-to individualize it-but with his battery cars you can't really do that at all. there's little personality with his products IMO.

LMAO you libtards will never get anywhere with your electric cars. Can't even get 100 miles before needing to plug it into an outlet and waiting 20 minutes to fill up your little duracell batteries. Nothing will be good old fashioned Coal and oil. We're gonna keep drilling and your little shitty toy cars will be obsolete by 2019 when everyone realizes it's just a liberal scam. #MAGA

HEY WIRED! ARE YOU THERE? SHAKING THE TABLE. We the public need some help. You can give this to us! We need to know more, not just fluff. Tell us what is going on! Not just a paid commercial with Tesla. How much to buy? How much to charge? How much to fix if we get in an accident? Why you and I need to buy tires more often than with any other type of car! Come on WIRED! DO YOUR JOB!

But for Fit & Finish of those Models and they are way late too. 35K for the Basic Model 3, when? You can only get the Model 3 ++ for way over 50K+ without options like AP and Leather etc. Also why don't You Media people get on Tesla for being Late on the Mass Market Model 3? No Videos on that?

VW BMW are building charger networks, and VW has new battery designs that obsolete these things. VW is putting $80 Billion into ev, over 5 years, while still making 10. 7 million vehicles, #1 in the world, and make a PROFIT, Tesla is a BK in delay, unsustainable

Tesla pitches the Model 3 against BMW 3 series because the entry level premium segment is a well defined mainstream market. However, model 3 pricing is actually not that much higher than other comparable ev's or plug-in hybrids.

I don't have a problem with electric cars. I think they are cool and efficient; however, they are not eco friendly. What do you think is pumping that electricity into that car? Power plants! Which is definitely not eco friendly.

Tesla vehicle can't access Nepali roadways for coming 20-30 years if Nepal remains as it is today because even the highway is tough to drive in by drivers so forget about auto-driving mode in sub-highway of Nepali Street.
