bummer! There are many TED talks from Dr McDougall, Esselstyn, Greger, Campbell, and more that explain how this oversimplification is erroneous. TED should have reviewed their own materials before publishing this. This is important because diet is the primary cause of death and disability is the US. An enormous amount of trauma and suffering occurs as a consequence of our society perpetuating this message.

I like eggs. They're high in protein and other nutrients. There's always the option of 1 yolk and 2 whites. The whites have the protein but the yolk is full of the vitamins and minerals that you need. I usually have extra so I have hard boiled alone. My husband has an early work schedule so they're a snack he enjoys when he comes home and dinner is still a while because I'm not home just yet.

Cool video, and finally something I can relate to! I had a section of my small intestine removed due to Chrons disease and I take tablets every day that absorb cholesterol (bile salts specifically) because the part of my intestine removed is the part that soaks it up. Without the pills my BMs are very strange and fatty and burn badly. Might be TMI but I felt like sharing! Good video!

I always look up your videos for update! Our government has no idea how people are suffering these days. I feel for people with disabilities not getting the help they deserve.
Thank you Mrs Linda, imagine investing $1000 and receiving $5, 300.

Forgot to mention that there is sd-ldl and Lb-ldl
Lb-ldl is good and comes from healthy fats, and sd-ldl is from eating too much carbs and junk
There is good ldl and bad ldl
Ldl is needed to stay healthy
Sd-ldl causes the plaque

Absolutely love how this video breaks down the science of cholesterol! It's so fascinating to learn about the differences between LDL and HDLdefinitely eye-opening. Who knew eggs could stir up such a debate

I have been eating up to 12 eggs a day for several years and I'd be dead from cardiovascular complications already lol. Don't matter and it's a great source of protein.
