Have you ever taken the MBTI personality test? Are you an INFJ? Or is someone you know an INFJ? The INFJ is the rarest MBTI personality type out there, making up less than 1% of the population. Being the rarest type, they're often perceived as mysterious and private to those they arent well acquainted with. INFJs have tendencies to watch their language to avoid hurting someone

I fit just about everything and I'm so glad I figured out what this whole system was recently. I have felt like I was an outcast my entire life, and I don't think I've ever met anyone quite like me and to know these things and realize we make up such a small portion of the population. it just all makes sense. I used to day dream in class all the time (even up to 30 min-1hour) unless the teacher noticed and called me out. This was the first time I've heard anyone point this out in the INFJ, our minds are so creative and I could easily see myself writing for a sitcom or cartoon. Even a book or a new show. I think in ways it makes sense because since we have a lot of people and their associated types figured out, the fact we can blend in with just about any crowd social structure that is different from our own. and we are highly empathetic means that it would probably be easy to write out characters that are fictional and are very diverse because, more often than not, we have experienced their perspectives or have the capacity to understand them.

2: 20 This is what majority of INFJs are about. Conversation or communication skills are the weakest part in INFJ personalities. And it becomes even harder when communication is in distorted/indirect form. INFJs think a lot and hence mess up everything when they speak or communicate even though they have clear pictorial image of situation or what they want to express. And this is the reason why even the slightest of situations or communications become complicated for them and at last its a whole lot of mess created. Thats why they distance themselves from the people who dont understand them. Its truly bizarre that people expect good communication from them knowing its their weakest part because they percieve everything in a different or profound way, you might never be sure why are they doing it until that person directly tells you. Things are tough for INFJs mannn!

I'm from North-east, India.
In our community, most of us don't know what an Introvert is, and I recently discovered that I'm an INFJ.
The elders, teachers, and my friends don't even understand me. Most of the time they forced me to do things I didn't really want to do and if I told them I don't want to, they always said that I'm being unreasonable and making excuses and that I'm not manly. So as a male and an introvert, even though we have pride and so all my life I lived my life for others.
It's hard growing up without someone who understands us(Introverts.
I'm 23 now, and finally, I've moved on from the old me. Even now my friends still don't care so I shut them all away and now I'm free from all those shackles.

As an INFJ, a sociopath once tried to do me damage over an afternoon playing pool. He was envious of someone I had spent the night with and decided to try to destroy me. All he did was, from my point of view is download all the vicious, grubby sewage of his damaged mind to me while being obliviously unaware of the fact. Assured that he was causing me emotional pain for his own pleasure, yet so emotionally limited that he was oblivious to his own actions. This guy was a PHD. Smarter than me no doubt. I'd also say idiot but monster is more appropriate.

Facing outside world is really a tough thing for me. I need to go home and be charged. That's why I look like I am not grounded enough. I keep thinking and fly in my inner world. I really don't like to talk on the phone. I prefer texts for I have the time to think what I could reply. I have walked in the dark path for fifteen years and walk forward the light these three years finally. I find that I can recall my energy when I listen to others feelings and heal them. I feel I am alive. Or I always feel tired even exhausted outside.

Eversince i was a child, people around me says i am a snob, because i dont speak at all, and my expression is always cold, so i thought maybe i am a snob? but i am just shy and socially awkward, and also during conversation, if i lost the timing to answer, i dont speak at all, it does not help also to have a super extroverted siblings, the constant comparison is stressful and annoying,

I never used to ask, how are you, because it feels like a nothing, empty, small talk question. But then someone actually told me a real answer, and I started wanting that again. Now I ask in a genuinely interested tone, and people still just say fine or good, so I say it too. .. But I almost never really mean it.
These are all way too accurate.

It's nice to feel understood, thank you. I rarely answer the phone, even if I feel guilty about it, because I have to be at a certain energy level i. e. in the mood to get involved in a conversation, whether it's a friend or the furnace repairman. Also yes, of course the comment section of INFJ videos will be full of INFJs. It's basically a support group.

As an INFJ, there was a time that i was having a high fever at school then everyone was concerned for me. They started calling some teachers and my adviser, then i found out there will be a quiz for the next subject so i insisted that i'm fine and repeated it until i talked to my teacher and still said i'm fine and i could still take the quiz

As an INFJ i pretty much never answer the phone if anyone calls except my wife. But I also don't reject calls either (don't want to be seen as rude) even if the phone is right in front of my face. I definitely prefer texting 99% of the time and my wife usually does too. the description of INFJ in this video is very accurate

reply

I always rethink about what happened that day in the evening and reflect on my actions in certain situations. Reflecting and rethinking helps me prepare more plans in my mind and helps me to know what I can do different/better. It gives me peace of mind
reply

I would never say can we talk about it later? since i think it's rude and the other might think I'm not interested in him. I would rather talk to him until I'm near death from too much socializing than telling him that i don't want to talk right now.
reply

Usually when I've said something clearly people don't hear me so I follow up with nevermind, I really hate it when that happens. & To extend that I'm a streamer so I usually have to yell in my mic for one person to hear me. It's really draining.
reply

Often when i space out while someone's talking, it's because I was thinking about something they said & it lead me down a train of thought that made me miss the next thing they said. So it's not that I'm bored but actually the opposite.

just a reminder that classifications like this are not ever going to 100% accurately describe you or anyone else and it more or less should be used as a tool to help discover certain parts and quirks of your personality
reply

when I see a friend is having a hard time, and I ask them how are you feeling, even though I know the answer. a lot of the time they just answer with I'm fine, thanks for asking and I get a punch in the stomach
reply

Its a funny personality but sometimes i find it nice because most of the time you feel good spending most of the time minding your own business. less problem with people.
reply

Sometimes I feel like an INFJ is burdensome, and sometimes I feel its very fulfilling. I often wish I was another type because I feel that life would be easier.
reply

Idk abt y'all but I really hate it when someone's ungrateful or if they are not paying attention when I'm talking to them because I always pay attention to them.
reply

Write down everything first on paper about what I'm going to say on the phone with the customer rep. Write down all my groceries before I shop at the store or online.
reply

I hate american culture because How are you Is literally HELLO. Like. DAMN, I REALLY WANNA KNOW HOW YOU FEEL I CAN LISTEN TO YOU SO YOU WILL FEEL BETTER! ;0;
