Both my mom and I have a sleep disorder called Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder. Basically our circadian rhythms are off, meaning our brains release melatonin at the wrong time. For some people, it's only off a little (a few hours, but I have it really bad, so my body naturally wants to go to sleep at 4-6AM and wake up around 3-5PM. It's really hard to deal with because I work during the day, and even if I manage to force myself to sleep at night (which is difficult, my brain is releasing melatonin in the middle of the day so I'm slow and sleepy. It would be like someone with a normal sleep schedule having to work a full shift in the middle of the night. It's super shitty I hate it.

I can't stop dreaming about Greek Tragedies (because I'm learning about that in class at the moment, but it's very weird because at times I find myself kind of half asleep and I feel physically uncomfortable until I remember the name of one of the characters from any given play that I may be thinking about. Sometimes I don't remember and I spend a good amount of time twisting and turning. I have to get out of bed, wake myself up completely and remind myself that I don't needed to know all the characters of Antigone so I can fall asleep. Usually, that works but it's very weird.

My dreams always feel important, yet I forget most of them when I woke up. But I've also had really lucid dreams that I'll remember forever because of how beautiful they were.
I once dreamed that my world was all colorful and morphing like I was on a low dose of LSD or maybe mushrooms, and I and my partner could fly. We flew over this beautiful, shimmering cliffside with sparkling water rushing down it, and then we would land back in the house, which looked like my house but more psychedelic.
I'll never forget that dream.

Did anyone every try to figure out what the flash was behind the sleep deprived guy? Play it at 4: 32 and hit play and pause for two seconds. Like, as soon as you hit play, pause it then play-pause until 4: 34. You may see it, you may not. For those who didn't catch it and don't feel like trying, it looks like a guy from the 70s with some red tint shades and a pink and white jacket. At least it looks pink: /

Have you ever woken up and can-t move? The first time this happened to me, I was like 9 years old and I was completely terrified. In the end, I convinced myself to just go back to sleep. Over the years, I have learned the trick is to wiggle your toes, and your nervous system will gradually wake up.

One night when I was 5 or 6 I was laying in bed and I just remember hearing someone whisper in my ear 'what if this was all a dream ' fell asleep after that and that's all I remember but this memory had never left me. I'm 38 now.

For some reason when you said -Certain rock bands- I thought R. E. O Speedwagon instead of R. E. M and I didn't even think of the band, I thought of the most famous waifu from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.

what if the dream realm was a thing, but to transfer info from there to here is just hard? Like what happens there has no context of reality, so that's why it's hard to explain da dream [or dmt]

Then why for three days and more in a row, I dreamt about going to school when I-m not going to school because of the virus? Why am I dreaming about that?

Once I had a dream of cell(Android) sucking people around me in an aeroplane and i was trying to jump out of that plane
