How much does it cost to have 20 Air-Water-Tankers and 50 Water Dropping Helicopter to decisively assault the wildfires at the VERY BEGINNING when it is the MOST EFFECTIVE and not waiting till fully spreader? Surely cost much less than the property loss and metal anguish!
